We provide residential construction, remodeling, and related contracting services in the greater Los Angeles area. Information on this website is general and is provided for your convenience. It does not constitute a binding offer, a quote, or professional advice for your specific project.
3. ESTIMATES AND QUOTES
Any estimate, quote, or price range we provide, whether on this website, by phone, by text, or by email, is preliminary until it is confirmed in a written agreement signed by both parties. Estimates may change based on site conditions, material availability, permitting, scope changes, and other factors discovered during the course of work.
4. TEXT MESSAGING TERMS
By providing your mobile phone number to NextGen Home Builders Inc, you agree to receive text messages from us relating to your project inquiry. Please read the following carefully.
What we send. We send informational and customer service messages about your project request. This includes replies to your inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, project updates, and answers to questions you have asked us.
How you opt in. On our website, you provide your mobile number and check the consent box on our Free Project Estimate form. The box is optional and is not required in order to submit the form or to work with us. You may also provide your number when you contact us through Yelp or Google, in which case providing your number in that conversation is how you consent to receive text messages from us.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive text messages in order to buy any goods or services from us. You may ask us to contact you by phone or email instead.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your project and how you interact with us.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.
How to stop. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and we will not send you further texts unless you opt back in. To opt back in, reply START.

Carriers are not liable. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell or share your number. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
After you opt out. If you reply STOP we keep a record of your number and your opt-out for as long as we need it to honor that request and to meet our legal and record keeping obligations. We keep it for that purpose only, so that we do not text you again.
Supported carriers. Messaging is supported on major US carriers. Carrier availability may change and is outside our control.
